Shipping Policy
We currently ship Tupléy to select U.S. states in compliance with applicable federal and state laws. At checkout, only eligible shipping destinations will be available — if your state is not supported, you will not be able to complete your order.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Times
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on location, holidays, or carrier delays.

Route Package Protection
We offer Route Package Protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We highly recommend adding Route for peace of mind. Claims can be submitted at claims.route.com.

Adult Signature
An adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery in some states due to the hemp-derived THC content of our products. Please ensure someone of legal age is available to receive the shipment.
